What we collect

• When you use the predictor without signing in: the rank, category and preferences you enter, used to compute results. Runs are logged without your identity for usage statistics.
• When you sign in with Google: your name, email address and profile picture from Google, and the profile, predictions, saved searches and choice lists you create.
• When you request counselling: the contact details and counselling preferences you submit, with a record of your consent.
• When you pay: order and payment status from the payment gateway. Card or bank details are handled by the gateway and never stored by us.

How we use it

To provide predictions and saved lists, to let an assigned M B Patil Education counsellor contact and advise you (only after you consent), to process payments and access, and to keep the service secure. We do not sell personal data.

Who can see it

Only the counsellor assigned to your enquiry, their branch manager and administrators can see your counselling record. Every administrative action is logged.

Your rights

From your dashboard you can download all data we hold about you and request deletion of your account. Records we are legally required to keep (for example payment records) are retained for the required period and then removed. Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you may also contact us to correct your data or withdraw consent.

Cookies

We use a strictly necessary session cookie when you sign in, and your browser's local storage for conveniences such as an unsigned-in shortlist and compare list. No advertising cookies are used.
